How we work out your price
We price each plot on three things: the size of the house, the clean you need and how much the trades have left behind.
A phase of similar house types usually comes out cheaper per plot than a one-off. Your quote shows the cost for each plot before we start, so you can budget the whole phase.
Prices are worked out per site, so we don't publish a price list. Send us your plot list and we'll price it properly.

Is the quote really free?
Yes. Every quote is free and there's no obligation to book.
What affects the cost of a builders clean?
The size of each home, the stage of the build, how much the trades have left behind and how many plots you need cleaning at once.
Do you price per plot or per hour?
Per plot. You'll know the cost of each plot before we start, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Can I get one price for a whole phase?
Yes. Send us the plot numbers and house types for the phase and we'll price the lot, with the cost per plot shown clearly.
How do I send plans or a plot list?
Email them to info@plotreadyukltd.com. A plot list or site plan helps us price each house accurately.
Do you need to visit the site before quoting?
Not always. For most jobs, the plot list and house types are enough. For bigger phases, we may ask to see the site first.
What if my dates aren't fixed yet?
That's fine. Give us your best guess and we'll quote now. We can firm up the dates when your programme is clearer.
Can I add plots after booking?
Yes. Let us know and we'll add them to the plan and confirm the price for each one.
How long does a quote take?
We get quotes back as quickly as we can. The more detail you send with your first message, the faster we can price it.
Will the price change once you've started?
Not unless the job changes. If you add plots or need an extra clean, we'll agree the price with you before we do it.
What's included in a builders clean quote?
Everything on our list for that clean, from floors, skirting boards and sills to kitchens, bathrooms and inside windows. We'll confirm the detail in your quote.
Can I get one quote for several sites?
Yes. List each site with its plots and dates, and we'll price them together, with each plot shown separately.
Do you quote for sites outside Liverpool?
Yes. We price new builds right across the North West, from Wigan and Warrington to Manchester, Preston and Chester. If your site is further afield, give us a call and we'll tell you what we can do.
Can I book just one clean?
Yes. Some sites only need a sparkle clean before handover. Others book all three. We'll quote for whatever you need.
