Builders clean Wigan: common questions
How far are you from Wigan?
Our St Helens office is only a short drive from Wigan, so most sites in the borough are close by.
Do you clean in Leigh and Standish?
Yes. We cover the whole Wigan borough, including Leigh, Standish, Ashton-in-Makerfield and Golborne.
Do I have to book all three cleans?
No. Many sites book just a builders clean and a sparkle clean. We'll tell you what makes sense for your build.
Do you take off protective film and labels?
Yes. Film, labels and paint spots come off at the sparkle clean, unless your site wants the film left on until handover.
How do I book?
Call 07871 896895 or email info@plotreadyukltd.com with your site address, plots and dates. We'll send a free quote.
Can you work weekends in Wigan?
If your programme needs it, ask us. We'll do our best to fit around your handover dates.
Will we deal with the same people?
Yes. You'll deal with the same small team from your first call to the last plot.
Do you clean show homes?
Yes. We can keep a show home looking right for viewings, as well as cleaning the plots around it.
How do you price a builders clean in Wigan?
Each plot is priced on the size of the house, the clean you need and how much mess the trades have left. Your quote shows every plot separately.
What do you need from me for a quote?
The site address, how many plots, the house types if you know them and your target dates. Don't worry if you don't have it all yet.
Why use a specialist new build cleaner?
Building dust, paint spots and protective film need a different approach to a normal clean. We know what to look for and work to your site's timings.
